
TOWNSEND – One of Townsend’s signature Labor Day Weekend traditions is set to return as the 20th Annual Red Arrow Corn Roast & ATV/UTV Parade takes place on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Josh’s Old Town Hall, 17767 State Highway 32.
Festivities begin at 11:00 am and continue through closing, offering a full day of food, entertainment, raffles, and family-friendly activities. The event is hosted by the Red Arrow Snowmobile-ATV Club and serves as one of the club’s largest annual fundraisers.
Attendees can enjoy free roasted corn, food, DJ entertainment, a ticket raffle, 50/50 raffle, and a meat raffle throughout the day.
One of the highlights of the event is the ATV/UTV Parade, which departs at 10:30 am from the Red Arrow Clubhouse, 16712 Hummingbird Hill Lane in Townsend, before traveling to Josh’s Old Town Hall for the day’s festivities.
This year’s fundraiser also features an impressive lineup of raffle prizes. The Top 5 prizes include:
- Aluminum Utility Trailer supplied by Lakewood Trailers
- John Deere S220 Lawn Tractor supplied by Riesterer & Schnell-Pound
- Polaris 5500 kW Generator donated by Ken’s Sports-Green Bay
- Fishing kayak with paddle supplied by Lakewood Ski & Sport
- Henry .22 caliber rifle donated by Josh’s Old Town Hall Bar & Restaurant
According to organizers, proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to maintain and improve ATV and snowmobile trails throughout the Townsend area, helping keep local trail systems in excellent condition for residents and visitors alike.
Community members and visitors are encouraged to attend, enjoy the Labor Day Weekend celebration, and support the Red Arrow Snowmobile-ATV Club’s ongoing efforts to enhance recreational opportunities in the Northwoods.
