Fees, Donations, and Selection Process

Vendor spaces are $35 each, whether indoors or outdoors. Approved vendors will also be asked to donate an item for bucket raffles that will benefit the Friends of Townsend Fire.  The item can be something that is either created by the vendor or an item such as or a gas gift card, local restaurant gift card, etc. All monies collected from the bucket raffles will benefit the Friends of Townsend Fire which is a  501©3 non-profit organization with a mission to assist the Townsend Volunteer Fire Department and the communities they serve.

Applications must be submitted online by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to be considered. Because space is limited, this is a juried craft show designed to ensure a diverse selection of high-quality handcrafted items made by local artisans. Artisan food producers, including local bakers are also invited to apply. One outdoor space will be reserved for a food truck vendor.
