About Skip Jones
Skip Jones has spent over 40 years captivating audiences of all sizes with his songs and stories. His repertoire draws from the traditions of Americana music, including works by influential figures such as Woody Guthrie. Skip has also performed alongside and learned from renowned folk musicians, including his mentor U. Utah Phillips, as well as Guy Carawan, Bill Staines, and Larry Long.

The stories shared by Skip Jones are gathered from his extensive travels around the world as both a navy veteran and a performer. He also finds inspiration close to home, among the Mohican Nation community in Northeast Wisconsin.
