LAKEWOOD – The Town of Lakewood, in partnership with COM2 Recycling Solutions, will host a free electronics recycling event on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Town of Lakewood Recycling Center, 17258 North Rd. The event is open to all town property owners and will accept a wide range of items, including computers, laptops, printers, keyboards, mice, fax machines, phones, televisions, tablets, gaming consoles, DVD players, VCRs and microwaves. Organizers said hazardous materials such as batteries, paint and medical waste, as well as freon-containing appliances like refrigerators and air conditioners, and radioactive materials, will not be accepted. There is no limit on the number or weight of items residents may bring.
