FOREST COUNTY – Forest County Public Health is encouraging county residents to take a few minutes to focus on their emotional well-being through CredibleMind, a free and confidential online mental health platform that will become available to the public Monday, September 28, 2026.

Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, CredibleMind provides more than 10,000 topics and thousands of expert-reviewed resources designed to support mental and emotional wellness. Users can explore information related to stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, sleep and other concerns, making it easier to find relevant help whenever it is needed.

Residents are also invited to complete the platform’s Mental Health Check-In Assessment. The brief assessment helps participants better understand how they are doing emotionally in areas such as flourishing, anxiety and depression.

Anyone who creates an account and completes the assessment by Monday, October 26, 2026, will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card.

CredibleMind is free and open to everyone. Personal information—including participants’ names, email addresses and responses—will not be shared with the organization sponsoring the platform.
