Mountain Community Center
Join Brenda for Vin Yoga every Tuesday at 3:00 pm at the Mountain Community Center, located at 13412 State Hwy 32. Following that, Release & Relax Yoga will be held at 4:00 pm at the same location.

Lakes Country Public Library
On Wednesdays, Brenda leads Release & Relax Yoga at 9:00 am at the Lakes Country Public Library, located at 15235 State Hwy 32. Immediately after, Relax Chair Yoga is offered at 10:00 am.

Additional Information
All of these classes are suitable for individuals of all abilities. Please bring your own mat and any props you may need. A suggested donation of $7 per class is appreciated. For more information, contact Brenda Bostwick at 608-751-9120.
