The Northwoods Community Assistance Coalition, located at 15351 State Hwy 32 in Lakewood, is there to provide assistance to those who may need help in Lakewood, Townsend, Mountain, Wabeno, and surrounding areas. The following form will help you with some resources for assistance.

If you or someone you know is in need of assistance such as a ride to appointments, financial or food assistance, handyman, gardening assistance or personal check-ins, complete the following form.

If you would like to become part of the Northwoods Community Assistance Coalition, they are searching for volunteers to help them on several committees. If you have a special talent that will benefit our community they would love to talk with you. They also need driver volunteers, those interested in helping make those in need meals or a helping hand. To volunteer, complete and submit the following form.
