About Andy Braun

Andy Braun is a WAMI-nominated singer-songwriter known for his folk-rock sound. His performances feature acoustic guitar, vocals, and harmonica, offering audiences a diverse selection of cover songs as well as thoughtful original material. Growing up as the son of a church choir director and organist, Andy began singing at an early age. His love for music blossomed through listening to classic oldies on the radio. Influenced by legendary artists such as the Beatles, Neil Young, and Townes Van Zandt, Andy started playing guitar and performing during his high school years. He has since participated in numerous bands and musical groups, dedicating himself to a full-time music career since 2007.

Discography

In 2021, Andy released his debut album of original songs titled “Shameless Attempts.” He followed up with the album “22” in 2022. Both albums are available on CD and all major digital platforms.
