MOUNTAIN/LAKEWOOD – Vin Yoga class with Brenda is offered every Tuesday at 3:00 pm at the Mountain Community Center, located at 13412 State Hwy 32. Following the Vin Yoga class, the Release & Relax Yoga class takes place at 4:00 pm at the same location.

On Wednesdays, Brenda teaches the Release & Relax Yoga class at 9:00 am at the Lakes Country Public Library, located at 15235 State Hwy 32. Immediately after, Relax Chair Yoga is held at 10:00 am at the same venue.

All classes are suitable for participants of all abilities. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you may need. A suggested donation of $7 per class is appreciated.
