TOWNSEND – Red Arrow Snowmobile-ATV Club had 30 students successfully completed an ATV safety class on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Townsend Town Hall, marking a strong turnout for a program focused on safe riding practices for young participants.
The class also featured participation from Warden Jamin Leuzzo of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, who shared safety guidance and professional insight with attendees. Organizers also recognized instructors Rick, Sandy, and Mike for their continued efforts to promote ATV safety for both youth and adults.
In addition to completing the course, each youth graduate received a certificate from Lakewood Motor Sports for a free helmet. Organizers said the giveaway was made possible through the support of the Red Arrow Snowmobile-ATV Club, Hidden Bear ATV Club, Paul Bunyan Riders, and Animals Bear Trail Bar.
