LAKEWOOD – The Northwoods Community Assistance Coalition is pleased to announce its March Speaker Series event, which will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 am. This month’s topic is EMS in Rural Communities. The presentation will be delivered by Steve Harkema, EMS Chief and CCP of Lakewood/Townsend Community Ambulance Service. Attendees are invited to enjoy coffee and snacks while gaining valuable insights into emergency medical services in rural areas.
