OCONTO – The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) North Bay Wisconsin is offering a free 5-week class focused on supporting mental, physical, and emotional well-being. The Hearts & Minds Class will be held every Wednesday from April 1 to April 29, 2026, between 6:00 and 7:00 pm. Classes will take place at Emplify Health Fitness Center, located at 1201 Park Avenue in Oconto.

This program is intended for anyone interested in learning practical skills to support their mental health and emotional wellness. Participants will gain a better understanding of mental health, learn how to reduce stigma, and build supportive relationships.
