Friends of Townsend Fire seek donations of aluminum cans

2025 12 05 friends of townsend fire

The Friends of Townsend Fire encourage visitors coming to Townsend for snowmobiling season to save and drop off their aluminum cans in support of their organization. Contributing cans is a simple way to help make a significant impact. The group accepts aluminum cans year-round, and you can bring them to the cage at Little Tipsy’s or the Townsend Refuse and Recycling Center. The Friends of Townsend Fire is a 501 C(3) non-profit organization with a mission to assist the Townsend Volunteer Fire Department and the communities they serve, as a tax-exempt organization assisting in fundraising and community activities.
