There will be a six-week course on Powerful Tools for Caregivers offered virtually on Zoom by the UW-Madison Extension Life Span Program. The Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes help caregivers take better care of themselves while caring for a friend or relative. If you provide care for an adult with a chronic illness; at home or in a care facility, whether down the block or miles away, yours is an important role. This program is for non-professional caregivers.
Participating in a virtual class requires that you have a computer with webcam, microphone and reliable internet access. Workbook will be mailed to you. The classes will be conducted on the following Thursdays from 1:00 – 2:30 pm.
