Vets 4 Vets to Honor Veterans with Annual Spaghetti Dinner Nov. 11

2026 vets4vets spaghetti dinner 1 768x402

SURING – Vets 4 Vets of Northeast Wisconsin will honor local veterans during its 24th Annual Veterans’ Appreciation Spaghetti Dinner from 3:00 to 6:00 pm Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at Red Maple Country Club, 501 Golf Course Road in Suring.

The Veterans Day gathering invites veterans, their families, friends and community members to share a meal while supporting efforts to assist and recognize those who have served.

All veterans will receive a free spaghetti dinner and a special gift. Dinners for non-veterans are $7 per person, and takeout will be available.

Wabeno American Legion Post 44 is sponsoring two free cabin giveaways at Camp American Legion for the 2027 season. All veterans in attendance may enter a free drawing, with two winners each receiving a one-week cabin stay. Vets 4 Vets expressed its thanks to Post 44 for its generous sponsorship and continued support of the organization.

The event will feature several opportunities to support the organization, including silent auctions, ten-liner raffles, 50/50 raffles and a meat raffle. A special 52-card raffle will offer a Steve Brickner model train, with additional activities planned throughout the afternoon.

Organizers are accepting donated items for the silent auctions. Businesses, organizations and individuals interested in contributing can email vets4vetsnew@gmail.com to arrange a donation or request more information about the event.

Vets 4 Vets of Northeast Wisconsin is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization made up of veterans and non-veterans. Through community involvement and fundraising, the group works to fulfill its mission of assisting and honoring veterans in Northeast Wisconsin. Proceeds from the dinner will support local veterans and veterans’ families.

Community members are encouraged to bring a favorite veteran, gather with family and friends, or attend on their own. The annual dinner provides an opportunity to express appreciation for military service while helping the organization continue its work throughout the region.
