Riverview Fire Department Auxiliary to Celebrate 43rd Anniversary Corn Roast

RIVERVIEW – The Riverview Fire Department Auxiliary is inviting the community to gather for its 43rd Anniversary Corn Roast on Saturday, September 5, 2026, beginning at 11:00 am at 15471 State Hwy 32 in Mountain.

The annual event will feature a full day of food, entertainment, and family-friendly activities, including free corn served throughout the day and a bounce house for children. Organizers say the celebration is designed to bring neighbors, families, and supporters together for a day of fun while recognizing the Auxiliary’s long-standing role in the community.

A major highlight of the celebration will be 35 rounds of meat raffles with 10 meats per round. Meats provided by Edleman’s Meats. The raffles are expected to be a popular draw for attendees and will add to the festive atmosphere of the anniversary gathering.

With food, activities, raffles, and a welcoming community setting, the Corn Roast offers residents and visitors a chance to celebrate local tradition and support the Riverview Fire Department Auxiliary. The event is open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend.
