Laona's 3rd Annual Ken-Ducky Derby On The Rat River

Join the Laona Beautifying Committee and Jake’s Bar in Laona for the 3rd Annual Ken-Ducky Derby on Saturday, May 2, 2026, starting at 12:00 noon.

Tickets for the Ken-Ducky Derby can be purchased in person at various locations around Laona or online through PayPal.

Pre-race festivities will begin at noon, providing fun and entertainment for attendees. The duck release is scheduled for 3:00 pm, with ducks racing downstream on the Rat River toward the culverts. Enjoy the excitement of the Ken-Ducky Derby and stay for a lively evening following the main event.

Jake’s Bar, located at 5217 Linden St, Laona, will host the event. If you would like to participate in the 3rd Annual Duck Race on the Rat River, this is your opportunity!
