If you live or work in Oconto County, are 18 or older and have not yet submitted a survey, please take a minute to complete the Healthy Oconto County Community Health Survey. The purpose of this survey is to get your opinions about community health issues in Oconto County. Healthy Oconto County will use the results of this survey and other information to identify the most pressing health issues which can be addressed through community action.
