The community turned out for the Saturday, January 24, 2026 Cabin Fever Meat Raffle fundraiser at Thunder Mountain Valley Inn which raised $3,209 for the Crooked Lake Community Center Renovation Project. From spinning the wheel to cheering winners, the room was full of laughs, generosity, and community spirit.
Event organizers are appreciative to Thunder Mountain Valley Inn for hosting and donating gift certificates and merchandise, and to community volunteers—Pam Larrabee Wierzba, Lisa Conard-Jonet, Dan Jonet, Dan Baeten, Linda Connell, plus renovation board members Linda Baeten, Matt Connell, and Vicki Mai—for keeping the energy high and the fun rolling.
Upcoming Winter Meat Raffles include Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Tony’s Dockside & Grill, Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Trail Side Bar & Grill. Same great Pelkin’s Meat Market boxes, fresh twists, even more fun—and stay tuned for spring raffles.
