Vin Yoga class with Brenda will take place on Tuesdays at 3:00 pm and Release & Relax Yoga class at 4:00 pm at the Mountain Community Center located at 13412 State Hwy 32.

Release & Relax Yoga class with Brenda will take place on Wednesdays at 9:00 am and Relax Chair Yoga class at 10:00 am at the Lakes Country Public Library located at 15235 State Hwy 32.

These classes are suitable for all abilities. Bring a mat and any needed props. A $7 donation is suggested per class. Contact Brenda Bostwick at 608-751-9120 for more information.
