Looking to build strength, improve balance, and stay active as you age? Strong Bodies is a proven, research-based strength training program designed to help mid-life and older adults maintain independence, increase energy, and support overall health.
Join them in Gillett on Mondays and Wednesdays for 12 weeks this winter for this supportive program that uses simple equipment and exercises appropriate for all fitness levels. The training classes are led by trained facilitator Katie Daul. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking for a safe way to stay active, Strong Bodies meets you where you are. The classes will be held at the Hillside Assembly of God (Gym) located at 5890 Hwy 22 West in Gillett on Mondays and Wednesdays from January 5 – March 25, 2025 from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m.
