Labor Day Weekend Meat Raffle to Benefit Three Area Organizations

MOUNTAIN – A Labor Day weekend meat raffle at Skinny Dave’s in Mountain will bring the community together for an afternoon of food, music and fundraising while supporting three area organizations.

The meat raffle will begin at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at the tiki bar at Skinny Dave’s located at 12848 State Hwy 32/64, Mountain.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Chute Pond Snowmobile Club, BASA Suring Kids Halloween Party and the Suring Parents Group Kids Activities.

Organizers are encouraging area residents to come out and show their support for programs and organizations that benefit local children and the community.

In addition to the meat raffle, a DJ will provide music during the event. Pulled pork sandwich plates will also be served from 1:00 to 3:30 pm.

The fundraiser provides an opportunity to enjoy part of the Labor Day weekend while helping three organizations that contribute to recreational opportunities and activities for area families and children.

The public is invited to attend and support the fundraiser.
