MOUNTAIN – On Easter Sunday, it is important that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a special meal. However, in the Suring School District, 23 families required assistance to make this possible.

Crooked Lake / Mountain Lions Club Initiative

The Crooked Lake/Mountain Lions Club responded to this need by purchasing meals for each of the 23 families. Their generosity ensured that these families had a memorable Easter celebration.

Team Effort: Shopping and Distribution

Club members Susie Zeyen and Michele Connell took responsibility for shopping for the meals. Social Worker Megan Keplinger managed the distribution, making sure each family received their meal. The three are shown together with one of the meals provided to a family in need.
