McCaslin Lions Community Contributions

mccaslin lions 2026 04 02 850x445

LAKEWOOD – The McCaslin Lions are proud to share the details of their recent support for several important community initiatives. Their organization remains committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents by investing in local projects that make a difference. Below are the projects that they have contributed to:

Christian Food Pantry

McCaslin Lions provided $2,475.00 for new carpeting at the Christian Food Pantry. This donation was presented by Lion Patti Bauman and will help ensure a welcoming environment for those who rely on the pantry’s services.

Lakewood Pickleball Club

The Lakewood Pickleball Club received a contribution of $1,000.00 from the McCaslin Lions. This support will aid in the club’s efforts to promote active and healthy lifestyles in our community.

Northern Archers

McCaslin Lions donated $3,740.00 toward the construction of a new pavilion for the Northern Archers. This pavilion will provide a functional space for archery activities and gatherings.

Town of Townsend

The Town of Townsend received $7,500.00 from the McCaslin Lions, which will go toward building new pickleball courts at Festival Park. This project will enhance recreational opportunities for residents and visitors alike.

How McCaslin Lions Support Our Community

These contributions are made possible by the dedication of McCaslin Lions members, who volunteer their time at the Annual Lakes Country Arts and Crafts Show, held on the first Saturday of August. Additionally, fundraising efforts include brat fries at Lakewood SuperValu. The hard work and commitment of our volunteers ensure that we can continue to support local projects and serve our community.
