Its all about the search engine
- The search engine seeks out keywords contained within the description of the business and also seeks out “tags”. Tags are single words (separated by a comma) that describes what your business offers. The more tags entered should increase the odds to connect with a future client.
- The site’s dynamic business search bar will offer site visitors to choose from popular categories or if the visitor is searching for specific goods or services, starting after the visitor just enters 3 characters, results will be suggested and drilled down as more characters are entered.
You are in control of keeping your listing current
You are able to update your listing as often as you see fit. For example, if your offerings change as the seasons change, so can your listing! You are also able to list your hours of operation and even any specials that you may offer.
A picture says a thousand words
The main image on your listing will be your logo. Then, you will have the ability to upload as may photos/images that helps promote your business. For example, if you have a landscaping business, you could upload pictures of some recent completed projects or if your business is a restaurant, you could upload an image of your menu or some of your offerings. Also, you may provide a video link.
Connect with social media
You are in control of providing links to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, a website, or even a video link. Increasing your leverage to potentially win over new customers to grow your business.
