In the Lakes Country Library Speaker Series, the topic will be “How Veterans Vitalize Our Northwoods Community” Celebrating local Vets who continue to serve on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Community Room. The speaker will be Commander George Richards of American Legion Post #44. The Lakes Country Library is located at 15235 State Hwy 32 in Lakewood.
